Job seekers are becoming so desperate for work, that nearly half (43 per cent) are prepared to take a pay cut, according to a recent study The findings of a recent survey also indicated that more than a third (39 per cent) of those questioned admitted they would be prepared to step down and accept a more junior position if it meant they would have a job during these tough times.

Around half of British workers feel that their jobs do not let them make the most of their skills, according to a new survey cited by Personnel Today.
